Burdens of Eternity are used to upgrade any bind to account item level 39 timeless armor token into a soulbound item level 41 randomly-enchanted item. Note that this will not work on 
[Timeless Curio].

Rarely found on the corpse of any mob or in any chest on Timeless Isle, or purchased for 50,000 
from Mistweaver Ai.
Additionally, the one-time quest 
[30-35G] The Archiereus Of Flame awards one, and the Blazing Chest found on the west side of Ordon Sanctuary is guaranteed to contain one as well.
Beyond that, any of the Timeless Chests in Kukuru's Grotto have a slim chance to contain one as well. Each cache requires a 
[Kukuru's Cache Key], available for purchase for 500 from Master Kukuru.

- Hotfix (2014-05-21): Burdens of Eternity may no longer be used while inside a Heroic Dungeon, Raid, or Scenario.
- Hotfix (2013-10-02): The following bind-on-pickup items are no longer able to be traded between players:
[Burden of Eternity], [Reins of the Thundering Onyx Cloud Serpent], [Cauterizing Core], [Falling Flame], [Golden Moss], [Giant Purse of Timeless Coins], [Ash-Covered Horn], and [Elixir of Ancient Knowledge]. - Hotfix (2013-09-12): Reduced the chance for Burdens of Eternity to drop from Kukuru's Caches.
