Burgeoning Battlefield Furor could be looted from the weekly PvP War Chest in Boralus or Dazar'alor after learning Rank 2 of 
[Conflict and Strife]. When enough were gathered, they could be combined into a 
[Rib-Bone Choker of Dominance].
