The Bursting Seed of Life can be looted from the Challenger's Cache at the end of a successful level 4 or higher Mythic+ dungeon after the start of Battle for Azeroth Season 3. Only classes with a healer specialization can loot it.

Infusing the item at the Heart Forge will grant Rank 1 of the [Life-Binder's Invocation] Essence and leave behind a  [Withering Seed].
