Cackle is the gnoll matriarch of the Grimtail clan living in the Last Forest of Desolace. She traded with Wavestrider's Captain, Greydon Thorne. She noticed his son, Aramar Thorne sketching her and gnoll pups, and commented "Good magic".[1]
