This item is used to craft a Bone Effigy used to summon The Many-Faced Devourer. Carrying it will allow the acquisition of the following needed bones:  [Ur'zul Bone],^{[50.4, 56.1]}  [Imp Bone],^{[65.9, 19.4]}  [Fiend Bone].^{[52.4, 35.3]}
