Camouflage
Camouflage Level 85 hunter ability 20 Focus 1 min cooldown Instant You blend into your surroundings, causing you and your pet to be untargetable by ranged attacks. Also reduces the range at which enemy creatures can detect you, and provides stealth while stationary. You can lay traps while camouflaged, but any damage done by you or your pet will cancel the effect. Cannot be cast while in combat. Lasts for 1 min.

Camouflage is a Hunter ability that grants a limited degree of stealth to the hunter and their pet. Stationary hunters become fully stealthed, while moving hunters cannot be targeted by ranged attacks.

Notes

• The cooldown begins the moment the ability is used. Hunters could essentially remain camouflaged if they time it correctly.

Patch changes

• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
  
• Hotfix (2012-09-12): Camouflage should no longer be cancelled on the hunter when an effect causes it to be cancelled on the hunter's pet. Cancelling a hunter's Camouflage should always cancel it on the pet.
  
• Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Added.
