Camp Lastwind.

Camp Lastwind is a recently-established vulpera camp directly northeast of the Port of Zem'lan and southwest of the Exiles' Enclave in Vol'dun.^{[38.8, 77.4]} Seemingly led by Norah, the vulpera at the camp plan to be the first to succesfully steal treasure from the Port of Zem'lan.

After escaping from Zem'lan with a Horde adventurer, First Mate Jamboya and his skeletal pirates take up residence with the vulpera at the camp.
