Cap'n Slappy is a human pirate captain of Dread Captain DeMeza's Dread Crew. He and Ol' Chumbucket first got the idea of the Pirates' Day-holiday and briefed it to their leader. Every year during the holiday the 19th of September, Cap'n Slappy appears on the roof of the Booty Bay auction house.
