Whats secrets does it hold?

Captain's Footlocker is a footlocker beneath the docks of Theramore. It was thrown into the waters by a Horde spy (Thargil), who is believed to be either a prisoner or dead.

Objective of

Horde players need the  [Captain's Documents] inside for the quest  [15-30] The Theramore Docks.
