Captain Melrache is a human member of the Scarlet Crusade stationed in the Scarlet Watch Post, a ruined scout tower in Tirisfal Glades. Executor Zygand ordered his death, but he survived the assassination attempts until he was killed by Lilian Voss during her attack on the outpost.[1]
He is a part of Tirisfal Regional Command.[2]

- He is one of the three Scarlet Crusade captains named after a former coach of the Los Angeles Kings (Barry Melrose). The others are Captain Perrine and Captain Vachon.
[Scarlet Crusade Documents] mentions Captain Melrose. It is probably a mistake and is meant to refer to Melrache.- When killed by Lilian, he is friendly and cannot be attacked by players. When outside the quest, he can be killed and looted.
- He is not leashed to his spawn point and will follow you across the Eastern Kingdoms.
