Captain Rutsak is a level 20 forsaken quest giver located at Rutsak's Guard in the Ruins of Gilneas. Rutsak and his forces were attacked by 7th Legion forces led by Master Sergeant Pietro Zaren, who came to aid the Gilneas Liberation Front, in pushing the Forsaken out of Gilneas. Rutsak was left alive to witness their strength.
Rutsak sends Horde adventurers to slaughter the 7th Legion to gain vengeance for his men. After the deed is done he thanks the adventurer and mentions that he plans on returning to Silverpine Forest and that he likely will retire from service.
