Captain Vanessa Beltis is a human quest giver located in a nook of the Ruined Reaches in Azshara. She was also captain of the Horizon Scout, which sits at the bottom of the sea south of Azshara. She is nowhere to be seen since the Cataclysm, and the cave where she and her crew were hiding no longer exists, likely due to the goblins' reshaping of the zone.
