Patch 10.0.0 (2022-10-25): Now a row 4 talent (was a level 25 talent).
Hotfix (2021-02-08): Now deals 35% bonus damage in PvP combat (was 20%).
Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now requires level 25 (was 30). Low health benefit removed as it felt redundant with
[Kill Shot] returning. Bonus damage is now applied to targets above 70% health (was 80%).
Patch 8.1.0 (2018-12-11): Now a 100% chance to deal 50% increased
[Aimed Shot] damage (was a 50% chance to deal 100% increased Aimed Shot damage).
