Caretaker Folsom is a human located in the Canals near Lion's Rest, in the human capital of Stormwind. He was the caretaker of the Flintridge estate, as was his father. After the family's murder by the hands of Stalvan Mistmantle, the estate lay untouched until their remaining funds dried up; Folsom had the unenviable task of shepherding the family's possessions to auction.
Following Deathwing's destruction of the Park, he could be found in the same spot, by what was then known as the Old Barracks. Now that Lion's Rest was built over it, he is still there, standing by the channel.
