Carnivorous Stalkers is a conduit for demonology warlocks. It drops from the Tarragrue in the Sanctum of Domination and Surgeon Stitchflesh in the Necrotic Wake.

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
