Cartel Xy is one of the broker cartels. They own the Grand Menagerie in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market where they sell rare and valuable items they have "acquired". Nothing is off-limits; exotic beasts, forbidden technology, even cursed artifacts, are all on display. If your heart desires it, Cartel Xy will acquire it for you - as long as you can pay their price. Xy-aligned brokers are also numerous in the bazaar outside Myza's Oasis, selling and buying a wide range of exotic wares.
They have been seen in Castle Nathria, Korthia, Bwonsamdi's realm De Other Side and in the Sepulcher of the First Ones looking for priceless artifacts.
Until the Chains of Domination campaign, the only members encountered had been hostile. Xy'lonu has set up at Keeper's Respite in Korthia, and is involved in a few daily quests. In Zereth Mortis, however, the rest of the Cartel is up to their usual aggressive behavior.
