Cataclysm is a specialization bonus granted to Destruction warlocks. It increases the Fire damage of all spells by 25%.
Patch changes
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. 
Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Changed from a talent to a Destruction specialization passive bonus. - Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Now reduces the mana cost of Destruction spells by 4/7/10%. No longer increases the chance to hit.
