Catalyst Charges are used at the Revival Catalyst Console to convert current-season non-tier gear into the tier equivalent. Earn an account-wide charge once a week by completing the account-wide 
[70W] Revival Catalyst weekly quest by completing group content like raids, world bosses, world events, and PvP content. The quest awards one 
[Renascent Lifeblood], which is then immediately converted into a charge.
