Patch 6.0.2 (2014-10-14): Removed.
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Re-added as a passive ability instead of a talent. No longer increases spell haste.

Patch 3.1.0 (2009-04-14): Redesigned : Reduces the pushback suffered from damaging attacks while casting Starfire, Hibernate and Hurricane by 23/46/70% and increases your total spell haste by 1/2/3%.
Patch 3.0.8 (2009-01-20): Celestial Focus (Balance) no longer includes [ Starfall] .
Patch 3.0.2 (2008-10-14): The stun proc now works with Starfall. This talent no longer has [ Wrath] pushback protection, but instead increases your total spell haste by 1/2/3%.
Patch 2.1.0 (2007-05-22): The delay on the stun effect for [ Starfire] has been reduced.
