Celosel Nightgiver is a void elf captain who worked under Alleria Windrunner and Turalyon in their mission to hunt down and capture Sylvanas Windrunner in the Arathi Highlands. He worked closely with Senn and after discovering where Visrynn (a dark ranger of loyal Sylvanas) was heading, he followed Alleria's directions in giving Horde refugees food, blankets, and what they could spare. She then ordered for Nightgiver to send Cotley to Stormwind, under the belief that he may know more and how they couldn't afford to miss a single detail in their hunt for Sylvanas Windrunner.[1]
