Chad is a level 70 human quest giver located at Nesingwary Base Camp in Sholazar Basin. He signed on as deckhand in Nesingwary's expedition because Purser Boulian joined, due to the fact that he plans on marrying her. Following the expedition's ship wreck in the Basin Chad's lost his engagement ring (which can be looted from any creature in the Basin) and sends adventurers to reclaim it.
