Hand of Bahmethra
The Chain of Bahmethra teaches Hand of Bahmethra, a big crawling hand mount. It occasionally drops from the 
[Tormentor's Cache], a once-a-week reward for completing Tormentors of Torghast events in the Maw. Players can check if they're eligible to still loot the cache by copy and pasting this macro into chat:

If "true" appears, the chest has already been looted this week.
