The Chamber of Knowledge is a Korthia vignette unlocked by using a  [Teleporter Repair Kit] in the Ancient Teleporter at ^{[39.4, 52.4]} outside the Estuary of Awakening in western Korthia. Access to the chamber will be announced in a zone-wide emote:

<Name> has repaired the ancient teleporter to the Chamber of Knowledge!

Head to the marked spot on the zone map and take the Repaired Portal to enter the Chamber of Knowledge. Inside, the rare-elite  [Conquering Korthia]-required maw caster Yarxhov the Pillager is inspecting the relics!

Killing Yarxhov the Pillager awards 100 points of standing with Ve'nari, roughly 75 [Stygia], ~21-38x  [Relic Fragment], 5-6x rare-quality anima items (175-210 anima), and the  [Everliving Statuette], which starts another relic-recovery quest:  [60] Everliving Statuette.

Xyraxz scales up to raid-boss levels of health, so bring a tank and a healer!

Also inside the room at ^{[52.3, 34.2]} along the southern wall wall is the  [Drum of the Death Loa]. It starts  [60] Drum of the Death Loa, another reliquary-recovery quest.

Tracking quest

To check whether Yarxhov was defeated today, copy and paste this command into the chat window:

If a "true" appears in the chat window, Yarxhov was defeated today; "false" indicates the opposite.
