Once you have turned in this quest, return to Maiev Shadowsong at Deliverance Point in Broken Shore to complete  [45] Champions of Legionfall.

Completing this quest also unlocks   [45] Further Advancement, a bread crumb quest to encourage you to research new Order Advancement traits for your Class Hall.

The spell has the following description: "A veteran of three wars and countless battles, Eitrigg has faithfully served the Warchiefs of the Horde for his entire life. Seeing the true threat of the Legion he has decided to work with anyone that has the will and strength to save Azeroth." It is only visible through the database, as the spell for receiving the champion is an internal one that is not displayed to the player on quest completion.
