Champion of the Frozen Wastes is a title from completing the achievement 
[Champion of the Frozen Wastes], from defeating the final bosses of all of the heroic 5-man instances in 
Northrend (prior to Patch 3.2.0) as well as the final bosses of Naxxramas, the Eye of Eternity and the Obsidian Sanctum (on normal or heroic).
The title is displayed after the character's name, in the following format:
