A Kul Tiran chaplain in Hearthstone.
Chaplains are holy men and women, sharing the same functions of priests and clerics as worshipers of the Holy Light. They are attached to a secular institution such as a hospital, prison, school, library, chapel, or military unit.
The demonic shivarra serve as priestesses and military chaplains for the Burning Legion, as they live only to evangelize the power of Sargeras' dread vision.[1]
Third War
During the invasion of Durotar, the Kul Tiras navy deployed its chaplains as well as their elites, under the guidance of a superior officer. All of them were known to have a [Mana Burn] or
[Dispel Magic]-like spell, and various sacred spells such as
[Heal] and
[Inner Fire].
World of Warcraft
In the Scarlet Monastery, Scarlet chaplains were present inside the Library and Cathedral wings of the Monastery, attacking anyone not affiliated with the Scarlet Crusade by accusing them of carrying the taint of the Scourge.
Legion
During the third invasion of the Burning Legion, shivarra chaplains were present in Suramar City. They patrol alongside the Duskwatch guards, allied with the Burning Legion, trampling the citizens of the city and fighting with the rebels of the Nightfallen.[2]

Notes
- The Kul Tiran chaplains of Warcraft III don't appear in Battle for Azeroth, which mostly depicts Kul Tiras as a nation that worships the sea rather than the Light, although Light-worshipping Kul Tirans can still be found in Drustvar.[3][4][5]
- In Hearthstone, they are referenced by the priest card Kul Tiran Chaplain.
