The Charger's Redeemed Soul was created by using the 
[Charger's Lost Soul] which dropped from Death Knight Darkreaver in Scholomance. It was the soul of Darkreaver's Fallen Charger, and together with the 
[Blessed Arcanite Barding] the soul could be used to redeem the mount into being a paladin's charger.
