The Chauffeured Chopper teaches you how to summon a Chauffeured Mekgineer's Chopper or Chauffeured Mechano-Hog mount. The chopper is driven by Franklin Martin or Koak Hoburn while the player character rides in the side car—though the player still controls the chopper's movement.
Once it's learned, this mount has no level or riding skill requirements; alt characters can use it as early as level 1. However, pandaren who begin their journey on the Wandering Isle cannot use the Chauffeured Mekgineer's Chopper or Chauffeured Mechano-Hog until they pledge themselves to the Alliance or Horde, respectively.
