Chilblains is a death knight talent, available at level 58.

Death Knights have [Chains of Ice] as a single-target snare and this (together with [Pestilence]) allows a melee range AoE snare. Its usefulness in PvE is highly situational, but there are a few fights involving kiting. Highly useful in battlegrounds and arenas.

• Patch 7.0.3 (2016-07-19): Removed.
  
• Hotfix (2013-03-15): Fixed an issue where Chilblains may fail to apply its snare effect.
  
• Hotfix (2012-10-04): The Chillblains talent now works properly with Chains of Ice. Casting Chains of Ice on a target will apply both the Chillblains snare and the Chains of Ice rooting effect.
  
• Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Now available to all specializations as a talent.
  
• Patch 4.0.6 (2011-02-08): Now also causes Chains of Ice to root the target for 1/3 seconds.
  
• Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Icy Clutch can no longer miss when [Frost Fever] hits, however, when Frost Fever is dispelled Icy Clutch will also be dispelled.
