One of the yellow Children of Jani summoned during 
[30-60] Saurid Surprise.
Children of Jani are saurid offspring of Jani that can usually be found scurrying near Mysterious Trashpiles in various locations throughout Nazmir, Vol'dun, and Zuldazar. On approach, they will run around near the trashpile for a short while before running off and despawning.
During [30-60] Saurid Surprise, the player summons a swarm of Children of Jani at the Scorched Sands Outpost to frighten Sezahjin and distract him long enough to steal his chef hat.
During the world quest 
[50WQ] Ritual Combat in Zanchul, a pack of five Children of Jani can spawn as one of the loa champions that Horde players need to defeat.
