Chip Endale is a goblin found in Bilgewater Port then later on the Lost Isles.
If the player chooses to be female, Chip is the players boyfriend until they lose their wealth and status.
If the player chooses to be male, Chip really has no role, except will date Candy Cane temporary while on the Lost Isles.
After landing on the main island of the Lost Isles Chip leaves the players group and joins the Trade Prince Gallywix. At this point he can be found of the KTC Oil Platform.
