Desecrated Circlet drops off Thaddius in the Abomination wing of Naxxramas, Wartorn Cloth Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas, Mooncloth is made by Tailors, and Nexus Crystals are disenchanted from high level epics and rarely from high level rares.
