Clear Mind is a conduit for priests. It drops from Artificer Xy'mox in Castle Nathria and the P.O.S.T. Master in Tazavesh, the Veiled Market. It is also sold by Zo'sorg for 200 .

It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
