Cloudrunner Leng is a riding trainer located on the Summer Terrace of the Shrine of Seven Stars in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms. He is riding a jade cloud serpent.
He is the primary trainer for the Alliance capable of teaching 
[Wisdom of the Four Winds], which allows flying in Pandaria. The only other trainer that teaches the skill is Skydancer Shun, who is his counterpart at the Horde's Shrine of Two Moons.
A version of Leng appears in the Vale of Eternal Twilight.
He is located in Loamm in Zaralek Cavern with other members of the Riders of Azeroth.
