Combat Analysis is a passive racial ability for all mechagnomes, providing a stacking buff every 5 seconds to the character's primary stat (Strength, Agility, or Intellect), capping at 10 stacks. The buff remains active so long as the character remains in combat; upon leaving combat, one stack will drop every 5 seconds.
