This is the second post-Cataclysm quest of the Scarlet Monastery. After killing Houndmaster Loksey for

[33D] Stripping Their Defenses in the library wing, continue through the Huntsman's Cloister to reach the next hall on the way to Arcanist Doan. Dominic can be found weakly stealthed off to the right.
The location of the compendium has not changed: from Dominic's position, continue through the Gallery of Treasures and the unnamed east-west hallway. Upon reaching the Athenaeum, immediately turn left and look at the north wall. The Compendium of the Fallen is a black-covered book sticking out from the bottom shelf of the left-most bookshelf.
