Complicated Wood has a large (~90%) chance to be contained in a 
[Partially-Digested Bag] that has a chance to be dropped by rare mobs in Nagrand on Draenor. At Warlords of Draenor launch, it was also sold by various general goods vendors throughout Draenor, but this was quickly removed in a hotfix.
