Concussion is a talent that increases the damage done by your [Lightning Bolt], [Chain Lightning], [Thunderstorm], [Lava Burst] and Shock spells.

Concussion is most worthy of consideration for Shamans who use the affected spells often, and compared to 
[Convection] would be preferred if the Shaman is concerned about failing to eliminate targets rapidly. It is strongest to a Shaman investing further in the Elemental tree, and Shamans who are devoted to destruction might consider getting both Concussion and Convection.
Patch changes[]
Patch 5.0.4 (2012-08-28): Removed. - Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Reduced from 5 to 3 ranks. Now increases damage by 2/4/6% (up from 1/2/3/4/5%).
