Conviction is a talent in the Retribution tree, you will need to spend 15 points in Retribution to max it.

Notes

You MUST have this talent if you are a retribution paladin. It's 5% to your chance to make a critical strike with all spells and attacks, including spells like [Seal of Command], Judgement of Command, [Hammer of Wrath] and [Crusader Strike]. Also, this talent leads you to Vengeance.

This affects healing spells too.
