Coren's Chromium Coaster was a possible drop from Coren Direbrew in the Grim Guzzler of Blackrock Depths during Brewfest 2009 and 2010.
It is identical to the 
[Mirror of Truth], an item purchasable for 40 
. Both can be equipped at the same time if desired, but the buffs from the two trinkets do not stack and they share the same internal cooldown.
