Corrupting Leer is a conduit for affliction warlocks. It drops from Ventunax in the Spires of Ascension and the Eye of the Jailer in the Sanctum of Domination.
It can also drop from various Shadowlands rare spawns, world quests, and Covenant Callings, scaling to your item level.
