A cosmetic item refers to items, usually associated with armor, in which can either be worn in the appropriate equipment slot or used to transmogrify other items of the same type. Cosmetic items ignore armor types such as cloth, leather, mail and plate.

Shaman-only personal looted from [Kor'kron Shaman's Treasure] which drops off of the Kor'kron Dark Shaman (flex, normal and heroic modes). It cannot be bonus rolled.
As of Warlords of Draenor, it can occasionally be purchased from the BMAH with a starting bid of 15,000.
