Craig Amai was the lead quest designer for World of Warcraft.[1] In a post on his personal blog dated September 12th, 2016, he announced that the time had come to leave his role as lead quest designer and explore other paths.[2]

Trivia
- Amai is the namesake of Lorewalker Amai.[3] The Lorewalker is found on the Wandering Isle's mighty Dawning Span, teaching the pandaren children about Shen-zin Su.
- With an interest in game design, in March 2015 Amai started the #365gameideas hashtag on Twitter, serving as a challenge to regularly produce concise concepts for new games.[4]
