Patch changes

• Patch 10.1.0 (2023-05-02): Removed.
  
• Patch 9.0.1 (2020-10-13): Now available at level 30 (was 40).
  
• Patch 8.0.1 (2018-07-17): Converted from a rank 8 honor talent to a level 40 PvP talent.
  
• Hotfix (2017-11-28): Now deals 3% of the target's health (was 5%).
  
• Patch 7.1.0 (2016-10-25): Redesigned: now makes [Immolate] an instant cast, and [Conflagrate] deals an additional 8% of the target's total health in Fire damage. Now available at rank 8 (was 43).

  Old: Conflagrate deals an additional 8% of the target's total health in Fire damage, but now consumes Immolate.
