A Crystal Charge is a consumable crystal that gives the user a ranged attack with a small radius AoE damage. You need to complete the crystal pylon series of quests (starting with Crystals of Power quest) in Un'Goro Crater before you can turn in 10 Red Power Crystals and 10 Yellow Power Crystals at the Northern Crystal Pylon to get 6 Crystal Charges.
