The Curious Slime Serpent is a serpent of N'Zoth located in the slime at [52, 70] by the Broken Tower in Plaguefall where Domina Venomblade was encountered. Petting the serpent lets players obtain the 
[Slime Serpent] mount.
The serpent only spawns for players who have soloed the entire instance of Plaguefall on Heroic difficulty or higher.
