Dahlia Suntouch was the high elf keeper of the Ruby Dragonshrine until she was killed by death knight Orbaz Bloodbane^[1] and raised in undeath as a banshee. In service to the Scourge, she became a source of corruption for the shrine.

Abilities[]

Banshee Curse — Reduces an enemy's chance to hit by 40% for 10 sec.
Banshee Screech — Silences & disarms nearby enemies, preventing them from casting spells for 4 sec.
Banshee Wail — Wails with anguish, inflicting Shadow damage to an enemy.

When killed for the quest [15-30] Through Fields of Flame, the Remnant of Dahlia Suntouch spawns and tells her story. She also drops [Ruby Brooch] which starts [15-30] The Fate of the Ruby Dragonshrine.
During [25-30] Dahlia's Tears, Alexstrasza the Life-Binder sends you to retrieve [Dahlia's Tears]; a type of flower that grow only in the soil freshly cleansed by a Ruby Keeper's flame.
During the Wrath of the Lich King beta, Orbaz Bloodbane was the one death knight attacking the Ruby Dragonshrine. For the release, he was replaced by Duke Vallenhal, but Dahlia's dialogs were never updated, and she still mentions being killed by Bloodbane.
