This is an achievement that requires the player to get a [Epicurean's Award], which can be obtained by doing the following daily quests for Alliance players:

•   [10-30 Daily] Cheese for Glowergold
•   [10-30 Daily] Convention at the Legerdemain
•   [10-30 Daily] Infused Mushroom Meatloaf
•   [10-30 Daily] Mustard Dogs!
•   [10-30 Daily] Sewer Stew

Or their Horde equivilants:

•   [10-30 Daily] Cheese for Glowergold
•   [10-30 Daily] Convention at the Legerdemain
•   [10-30 Daily] Infused Mushroom Meatloaf
•   [10-30 Daily] Mustard Dogs!
•   [10-30 Daily] Sewer Stew

And they can also be occasionally obtained from  [Small Spice Bag] which is always given at as a reward of the quests above

This achievement is not required for the  [Hail to the Chef] cooking Meta-achievement
