Dalaran Mutants are mutant creeps that can be encountered in the Cityscape, Dalaran and Dalaran Ruins tilesets.
Prince Kael'thas Sunstrider encountered a group of them in the Ruins of Dalaran.[1]

It is unknown whether Dalaran mutants were Dalaran citizens transformed by the Scourge or magic, or Dalaran experiments unleashed by the destruction of the city. They could also be Zombies that were captured by the Dalaran wizards and then mutated by the experiments they did on them, possibly to see how the Plague worked.
