There is more than one Dalaran bank in Dalaran; one is north between Antonidas Memorial and Sunreaver's Sanctuary, named the Bank of Dalaran, and the other is south of The Eventide and east of the Silver Enclave, named Dalaran Merchant's Bank.
A third bank can be found in the Underbelly near the Cantrips & Crows.
